Options
Vacuuming
The centrifuge vacuum option aims to control or reduce the temperature by limiting friction. It also prevents Foam and Vapor.
For some applications, this option improves throughput. This configuration maintains a vacuum of more than 750 mm Hg.

This model is equipped with an inert gas purge system, a NEMA7 casing for engine and system controls, and finally, intrinsically secure wiring.

P6
The Powerfuge P6 system performs continuous separation of solids / liquids at flow rates up to over 60L / hour.
Features
Its innovative design allows the suspension to be loaded by a fixed hose on the upper part of the titanium bowl before submitting it at full rotational speed. Centrifugal forces can reach 20,000g, which even allows the separation of sub-micron particles.
Compressed solids are removed through a fully automated harvesting cycle. This model integrates Cleaning In Place (CIP) and Sterilization In Place (SIP), fully automated via the programmable control automation (these are the characteristics that differentiate the P6 from a pilot)
The hermetic supply circuit and the evacuation pipes allow aerosol-free operation. Likewise, no specific tool is required for dismantling the system.
P12
The Powerfuge P12 system performs continuous two-phase separations of solids / liquids at flow rates of up to more than 500L / hour for the treatment of batches representing a maximum of 4000L.

P18
