1. Who is responsible for the processing ?
Whether your data is collected during your telephone contacts or by email or during your orders, the data controller is SARL CellD whose head office is located at 20bis, rue du chapter in Roquemaure (30150).
2. What personal data do we process ?
In the case of our inter-company commerce, we collect and process the following personal data :
• Identification data (example: first name, last name, professional or exceptionally private email address, professional postal address, exceptionally private in the case of an order from an individual, professional or exceptionally private telephone number)
• Professional life data (example: professional situation)
• Billing data (exceptionally in the case of an order from an individual, their bank details, with their endorsement)
In the event that your personal data is collected via a form, you will be informed of the mandatory nature of the information by an asterisk (*) next to the fields concerned. The absence of an asterisk means that the information requested is not mandatory.
Only personal data which is strictly necessary for the purposes described below is collected.

Your personal data is kept in our databases for the management of the commercial relationship, until it expires.

The recipients of your personal data are :
• The relevant CellD services
• We are also required to transfer your personal data to service providers involved in your order, such as suppliers and carriers.
• Your personal data is not subject to any other transfer.
7. What are your rights regarding your personal data and how to exercise them ?
Your rights regarding your personal data are as follows :

In order to ensure that your personal data is processed and stored in the most respectful manner with security and confidentiality regulations, we take all the technical and organizational measures required and appropriate with regard to the state of knowledge and implementation costs to preserve the security and confidentiality of your personal data. These technical and organizational measures aim, among other things, to guarantee an adequate level of security adapted to the risks, in particular to prevent your personal data from being damaged, distorted or from non-authority third parties having access to it.
9. What to do to be informed of updates to this policy ?
This policy is intended to evolve and is therefore subject to modification. In the event of minor modifications, the new policy will be posted online on the site in the dedicated section.
